Crew Meeting Sunday Oct 21 at 6pm

There will be a crew meeting on Sunday Oct 21st at 6pm at the FCC.  Please come prepared with some ideas for activities this Winter.

Lake MacBride Potluck Sunday September 16th 11am-3pm

Our Lake MacBride Potluck is coming up.

We have secured Sailboat Shelter #2 at Lake MacBride for September 16th. Plan to arrive at 11:00 am. Holly and Jessica  will bring a grill, hamburgers and hotdogs, fishing gear to share and our two kayaks. Youth 16 and older need a fishing license to fish. Please plan to attend and bring food and drink to compliment the main dish.  Please bring kayaks, canoes, and yard games. Crew Meeting August 19th, 2018

There will be a crew meeting on Sunday August 19th, 2018 at 6pm at the First Christian Church.   Please come prepared with ideas for activities this Fall.  We will also discuss future high adventure trips.

Fall planning Meeting August 19th, 2018

Our next meeting will be on Sunday August 19th at 6pm at the FCC.   We will discuss plans for this Fall as well as future High Adventure Trips.   All crew members should plan to attend.

Crew Meeting on 7/15 at 6pm

The next crew meeting is coming up on July 15th at 6pm at the First Christian Church.   We have a variety of topics to discuss including our upcoming campout at Yellow River,   Food for Isle Royale, and Future high adventure trips for 2019 and 2020.   All crew members should plan to attend.

Yellow River State Forest Isle Royale Shakedown Campout July 20-22nd.

The Yellow River Campout is coming up on July 20-22.   Registration is now open.  The deadline to register is July 15th.   This is open to all crew members and adults. We will stay at the group site if we have non-backpacking crew members.

Summer Campouts Planned

The crew has planned a weekend campout on June 15-17th. This is a gem of a state park and has fantastic hiking as well as trout fishing. This is open to all crew members. We have also scheduled a campout on the weekend of July 20th, location tbd. Information will be out soon about registration.
